Overview… a renowned Spanish artist. Juan Antonio has always had an airy and sensual temperament. He wants nothing more to float through life and enjoy the simple pleasures of wine, food, and sex. Still recovering from a messy (and sometimes violent) divorce, he manages to befriend and seduce two beautiful American women – beginning yet another passionate love triangle.
Personality… seductive, charming, and affable. Juan Antonio accepts the world’s troubles and enjoys whatever he can in life. As he is trying to seduce two Americans, Vicky and Cristina, he says, “Life is short, life is dull, life is full of pain – and this is a chance for something special.”
