Overview... the youngest of the three Whitman brothers. Jack is a fiction writer who is obsessed with his dysfunctional family. He half-heartedly agrees to go with his older brothers Francis and Peter on a long trip through India by way of train. But what he doesn’t expect is that Francis has planned this trip as a spiritual reawakening, in which the family is supposed to reunite and rediscover themselves together as one – possibly Jack’s worst nightmare.
Personality… untrusting, accusatory, and romantic in a very dark way. Jack plans on leaving the trip early to get back together with his girlfriend. He doesn’t feel much camaraderie with his brothers. Since he’s the youngest of the three the others feel a certain responsibility toward him, which Jack doesn’t necessarily reciprocate.

Three American brothers who have not spoken to each other in a year set off on a train voyage across India with a plan to find themselves and bond with each other—to become brothers again like they used to be. Their 'spiritual quest', however, veers rapidly off-course due to events involving over-the-counter pain killers, Indian cough syrup, and pepper spray.
