Overview... a hood boy from Compton with big dreams. Ice Cube puts all his angst into his hip-hop lyrics. He’s speaking to a new generation, venting about the pains of growing up in Compton, a gang-ridden LA neighborhood. His only way out is through the entertainment industry, and his local buddy Dr. Dre is giving him a chance to come together and form a revolutionary new rap group, N.W.A.
