Grew Up... in Greendale. Most of his family is in the coal mining business.
Living... with his brother Tommy, and his stern father. Harvey's mother passed away when he was young. His brother supports Harvey's decision to be in school instead of working in the coal mines. Harvey's father on the other hand, disapproves and wants him to join the family business and become a coal miner.
Profession... normal student at Baxter High School.
Interests... organizing Sabrina's birthday parties and drawing. Harvey is an aspiring artist.
Relationship Status... dating Sabrina Spellman. They're a typical teenage couple prone to romantic gestures. For example, Sabrina once gave a set of magical self-sharpening colored pencils to Harvey as an apology.
Challenge... dealing with the epiphany that Sabrina has magical powers. Deciding how he's going to respond to his girlfriend being a witch is something he grapples with.
Personality... affectionately earnest and head over heels for Sabrina. He's an overall nice guy and helps Sabrina and her friends with their feminist book club. Harvey is also levelheaded and mature. When Sabrina’s spellwork causes some major issues and hurts him deeply, he doesn't explode at her. Instead, Harvey says, "I could never hate you," and asks for time to process the event.

Sabrina Spellman's is half-witch and half-human. She is expected to fully join Satan's Church of the Night when she turns 16, and that means leaving her mortal life and friends behind. However, Sabrina wants the best of both worlds. She desires to keep both her human life and to retain her spell making abilities.
