Harry Waters

Overview... a violent English crime boss. For the most part, Harry prefers to keep out of the fray, instead controlling various criminal employees from afar. For instance, he sends trained killers Ray and Ken to execute a priest while he celebrates Christmas with his family. But when things get out of hand, Harry isn’t afraid to get his own hands dirty as well.

Personality... an unexpected man of honor. Though one might assume a crime boss would be totally amoral, Harry lives by a strict – if unusual – moral code. He’s an orderly sort of fellow who prefers to have both his life and his business run according to plan. Though at times quick-tempered, Harry always strives to maintain a gentlemanly exterior – even in the midst of a killing spree.
