Handsome Jack

Grew Up... with his grandma. Jack was raised by his abusive grandmother. So he returned the favor by murdering her many years later.

Living... on Pandora. Pandora is a mysterious recently discovered planet full of hostile alien wildlife. However, rumors also say it’s full of extremely valuable treasure just waiting to be found, making it a box of riches that countless greedy souls from throughout the galaxy come to try and open.

Profession... CEO of Hyperion. After joining the company as a programmer, Jack rose to the rank of CEO at Hyperion, the chief weapons manufacturer on Pandora. However, this was because he murdered the previous CEO. With weapons being such a hot commodity, Jack uses his power to act as a brutal dictator on the planet.

Interests... taking credit. Whether its finding The Vault, a massive source of alien tech on Pandora, or killing The Destroyer, a giant interdimensional monster, Jack is always willing to steal credit for someone else’s accomplishment. He also likes telling stories in general. As he says, “All of sudden this guy decides to run at me with a spoon. A SPOON HAHAHA! So I scoop his stupid little eyeballs out.”

Relationship Status... formerly married. Jack was once married and had a daughter named Angel. But after discovering she was one of the incredibly rare and powerful Sirens, he imprisoned her so that he could harness her abilities for his own ends.

Challenge... destroying the Vault Hunters. When a new team of Vault Hunters, armed treasure seekers, come to Pandora to end Jack’s reign of terror, he vows to stop them before that can happen. He also wants revenge against the Vault Hunters for scarring his face.
    
Personality... narcissistic. Jack wears a mask of his own face to hide his scarred real one. His moon base is shaped like a giant “H” for “Handsome.” He calls himself “Handsome Jack.” He even wants to remake Pandora in his own image with his Opportunity utopian city project. Needless to say, he has a big ego.
