Overview… dedicated wife of Jerry Gergich and loving mother of their three beautiful daughters. Jerry’s coworkers in the Parks and Recreation department constantly hear about Gayle, but don’t meet her for years. When they do, they are shocked to find out that the bumbling, oafish Jerry is married to a gorgeous knockout like Gayle.
Personality… absolutely beautiful, endlessly kind, and always supportive. Gayle is a dream wife to Jerry and the matriarch of their perfect family. She leads the family in sing-a-longs and photo shoots, praising and loving Jerry always. Even as time passes, Jerry’s co-workers still can never figure out what Gayle sees in him. But that never shakes the bond between Gayle and Jerry.

Parks and Recreation takes place in Pawnee, Indiana. It is smack in America's heartland, and the lead character Leslie Knope puts the "heart" in Pawnee. Leslie and her colleagues not only face a dwindling budget and endless red tape, but they also have a boss from Hell named Ron. Ron, a staunch libertarian who believes government should do as little as possible. Leslie and her team work double-time to pick up the slack.
