Personality… cynical, unhappy, and unloving. The love of his life, Claire Phillips, is long gone, and it’s all his fault. He never thought of anyone but himself, and his crude ways have also cost him his relationship with his family, including his brother James – whom Frank sent a towel rack last Christmas. But this very, very long ghost-infested night may give Frank a last chance to change his ways.
