As he says, “When you decide to be something, you can be it. That's what they don't tell you in the church. When I was your age they would say we can become cops, or criminals. Today, what I'm saying to you is this: when you're facing a loaded gun, what's the difference?”

Relationship Status… unattached. Frank knows that in this business, an ex-wife, an old friend, or some stupid fling could be the death of you.

Challenge… finding the rat in his crew. Frank runs a tight ship, and a mole threatens his entire existence. So he sent a rat of his own into the Massachusetts State Police to get some intel of his own. With multiple agents from multiple sides undercover, it’s impossible to trust anyone.

Personality… cunning. Costello has connections everywhere. He’s covered on all sides and that's how he stays untouched.
