Character Analysis
(Avoiding Spoilers)
Living… in cities. Eevees are brown-furred, bushy-tailed creatures, usually found in cities. But they can also evolve to suit their surroundings.
Profession… normal Pokémon. Eevees can be useful in battle, as they know many different moves. For example, Eevees can use Tail Whip (Normal type), Sand Attack (Ground type), and Bite (Dark type).
Interests… snacking on delicious fruits and vegetables.
Relationship Status… somewhat mysterious. Male Eevees have zigzag patterns at the ends of their tales, while female Eevees have heart-shaped patterns on their tails. This detail is similar to male and female Pikachus, which also have pattern differences in their tales. As far as the reproduction process goes, not much is known, as they are wild and have yet to be studied extensively.
Challenge… defeating other Pokémon and evolving. Eevees have unstable genetic codes, so they can evolve into eight different variations. The main challenge of an Eevee for most trainers is choosing which evolution to pursue. Eevee can evolve into Jolteon, Flareon, Vaporeon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon, or Sylveon. Some evolutions can be achieved with elemental stones, while others require certain friendship levels. Each of these evolutions has a unique move set, which corresponds with their type. For trainers, Eevees can be a useful addition to a Pokémon team, as they can fill many roles.
Personality… versatile and gentle. Eevees are gentle creatures, sporting a fluffy tale and long, rabbit-like ears. However, don’t let Eevees’ adorable appearances fool you. They can be a formidable foe in battle, and for many trainers, can be one of the most powerful Pokémon they encounter.
