Overview… a caring wife and mother who hasn’t left her house since she was a size 10. Embarrassed by her obesity, Edna works from home, laundering clothes. She loves Tracy, her daughter, but Edna’s cynicism often clashes with the optimistic Tracy.
Personality… insecure and cautious, but capable. Though Edna can sometimes treat her daughter, Tracy, harshly, it is only because she fears that the world will treat her daughter badly because of her appearance. Despite Edna’s lonely existence, she is sharp and assertive when she needs to be, and always looks out for her family’s best interests.
