Grew Up… with almost a mythical past, but originating in the small town of Ashton.

Living… life to the fullest. When he was a young boy, he crossed a swamp andmet a witch who told him that exact manner of his death. Since then, he's not been afraid of any of life’s challenges. But now that he is older, his health is starting to deteriorate, and his son Will has come to visit him and Edward’s wife Sandra.

Profession… various. Edward has been a circus performer, a soldier during the Korean War, and a traveling salesman.

Interests… telling a good story. Edward loves to be the center of attention and is constantly telling tall tales. His favorite story is telling about the big fish he caught on the day his son was born. Although many enjoy his stories, his son Will considers them ridiculous and untrue. Will was so frustrated by his father that he stopped talking to him for three years.

Relationship Status… in love with Sandra. She was engaged to another man named Don when they first met, but Edward ultimately won her hand. As he says about his love for Sandra, “They say when you meet the love of your life, time stops, and that's true. What they don't tell you is that when it starts again, it moves extra fast to catch up.”

Challenge… convincing his son that his stories are true. Will doesn't believe the stories, but are all of Edward's anecdotes really false? The truth might not be so simple.

Personality… charming, romantic and optimistic but also a bit self-absorbed. Edward can turn some people off with his huge personality, but Edward doesn’t really care what others think. As he says, “I've been nothin' but myself since the day I was born.”
