Overview… a former LA-based blogger who is the new kid in town. As GQ’s freshly appointed Art Director, Dylan must learn how to excel at his job and get accustomed to life in New York City. Fortunately, his new best friend, Jamie Rellis, is more than happy to help. But, things get complicated when the two decide to have a casual, no-strings-attached relationship. Suddenly, Dylan has to work through his feelings and fast. Otherwise, he risks losing his closest friend.
Personality… easy-going, but emotionally distant. Dylan’s cheerful nature and fondness for light-hearted banter hides the fact that he is secretly dealing with serious issues– including that his father has Alzheimer’s and is rapidly deteriorating. Luckily, Jamie is there for emotional support, but Dylan is not sure if he wants to open up to her. Emotionally relying on her could make her his girlfriend– a boundary they both decided to leave off the table.

Dylan and Jamie think it's going to be easy to add the simple act of sex to their friendship, despite what Hollywood romantic comedies would have them believe. They soon discover however that getting physical really does always lead to complications.
