Don Johnston

Overview… an aging lover with a long (and ever-increasing) trail of ex-girlfriends. Don is a bit of a Don Juan, even in retirement. His latest young bombshell just walked out on him, leaving him alone in his large house. Don doesn’t seem to have much energy. He has enough money to support a luxurious lifestyle and is relatively content to just sit on the couch and loaf. It isn’t until he receives a mysterious letter from an old girlfriend that he starts to wonder what life is all about.

Personality… lethargic and lazy, but charming. Don is the master of understatement. He seems to operate under the assumption that less is more. He barely speaks, but women are somehow always happy to spend time with him. His life philosophy is simple: “Well, the past is gone, I know that. The future isn’t here yet, whatever it’s going to be. So all there is, is this. The present. That’s it.”
