Dazai Osamu

Living... in Yokohama, Japan. Dazai spends his days aimlessly wandering the city when he has no work to do. But with various criminal syndicates rising at any given moment, those days are rare.

Profession... member of the Armed Detective Agency, an organization filled with users of supernatural abilities, ranging from super strength to illusion making. Dazai possesses the power known as “No Longer Human,” which nullifies the supernatural abilities of anyone he physically touches. A past executive of the Port Mafia, the antithesis of the Armed Detective Agency, he defected after the death of perhaps his one and only friend. As a result, he has many grudges harbored against him by his old allies-turned-enemies. Dazai shows unending loyalty to the director of the Detective Agency and his current comrades, willing to take hits and falls for them in dangerous situations.

Interests... seeking death. In fact, his last goal in life would be to commit double suicide with a beautiful woman. Unfortunately, no one he meets seems to share the same interest. It’s a wonder why!

Challenge... fighting for his country. Many new organizations are rising in and out of Japan, most of them with malicious intent. For now, Dazai must put aside his differences with the mafia and unite to fight a common enemy, one that may endanger Japan and even the world.

Personality... fearless but a bit lazy. Some think that Dazai is a slacker. But Dazai is fully confident in his abilities, meticulously crafting strategies behind the scenes and easily keeping a cool head in stressful situations. Few can match him in a battle.
