David Huxley

Overview... a mild-mannered paleontologist. David lives for his work; he’s spent the past four years assembling a Brontosaurus skeleton and his fellow paleontologist fiancée ensures him their marriage will have no “domestic entanglements” to get in his way (something David’s a little dubious about). At the moment, however, David’s biggest stress is securing a million-dollar donation from a wealthy benefactor. Or at least it was his biggest stress until a batty woman named Susan Vance started inserting herself into his life.

Personality... absent-minded, bumbling, and rule-abiding. Though he’s got a brilliant scientific mind, David almost always feels out of his element – especially when he has to venture outside of the world of academia. David’s easily distracted, easily swayed by others, and easily frustrated, but he can also be quite tenacious when he gets worked-up enough.
