Overview... a beautiful astrophysicist who can hang with the boys. Charlie works as a civilian instructor at the elite Top Gun fighter pilot training school, but neither her non-military status nor her gender keep her from earning the utmost respect from her colleagues. One particular admirer is Pete “Maverick” Mitchell, a cocky young flyboy she can’t help but be charmed by – even though she has a personal rule against dating students.
