Overview… a brilliant urologist and the board chairman of the prestigious Harper Avery Foundation. Catherine knows how to get her way, and she almost always does. When she buys Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital, not only does she get to be in charge of an entire hospital, but she also gets to be closer to her son Dr. Jackson Avery and her love interest Dr. Richard Webber.
Personality… charismatic but pushy. Catherine is a headstrong woman who commands any room she is in. She runs the show at work and in her relationships, and tries to influence the people in her life to take on her driven attitude.

Grey's Anatomy follows the life of Meredith Grey and other surgical interns at Seattle Grace Hospital. Although the program is hard for all interns with many sleepless nights, it's especially stressful for Meredith who lives under the shadow of her mother who pioneered the laparoscopic "Grey Method". And adding to the drama, Meredith had a one-night stand with a doctor she didn't realize is now her boss. Thankfully, there's tequila shots at Joe's Bar after work.
