Living… in prison, for the past eight years. When Poe accidently killed a drunken man while protecting his wife, he was sentenced to nearly a decade in prison. Now, after spending what feels like an eternity behind bars, he’s made it out on parole and is finally coming home to his family.

Visiting… the Jailbird, a C-123K transport plane. On his way home, Poe happens to be on the same flight as some of America's most dangerous criminals. He doesn’t quite fit in, and seems a little disquieted that, “They somehow managed to get every freak and creep in the universe on this one plane…”

Interests… his family. Poe wants nothing more than to stay out of trouble and live a good life with his wife and daughter.

Challenge… taking back the Jailbird from the hands of Cyrus “the Virus” Grissom. When criminal mastermind Cyrus manages to hijack the plane, Poe finds himself fighting for his life. “What do you think I’m gonna do?” he asks. “I’m gonna save the day.”

Personality… tough, morally upright, and dedicated. Poe has paid his debt to society. Unlike the rest of the criminals aboard Con Air, he believes in justice.
