Overview... lead field reporter at KVWN channel 4, a San Diego TV station. The year is 1974 and Brian is as fond of his cologne as he is of his long hair and luxurious moustache. Brian is part of the boy’s club of KVWN, and when Veronica Corningstone comes to join the station, Brian is up in arms. He is willing to fight to defend his and his best friend Ron Burgundy’s position, and to keep the winds of changes from upending his world.
Personality… slick, fashionable, and alluring. Brian can be heard making wild claims about his cologne, such as, “60 percent of the time it works… every time.” He believes things because he feels them, not because he’s actually thought it through. He could stand to be more self-aware, but that would probably make him less entertaining.
