Bo Darville

Living... in Texarkana, Texas. What he calls a home isn't much; it belongs to his aunt and uncle. Most of the furniture is old and is covered with plastic.

Profession... retired trucker. Bo “The Bandit” Darville was a trucking legend, but it’s not an easy life, and he’s been taking a break. Not many truckers who work to old age – not that he’s old.

Interests... adventure, fun, and money. As Bo puts it, he’s living “For the good old American life: For the money, for the glory, and for the fun... mostly for the money.” Right now he’s rum-running 400 cases of Coors to Atlanta for a tidy six-figure check. The beer is in an eighteen-wheeler driven by a trucker friend of his, and he’s acting as a decoy in his flashy Trans-Am.

Relationship Status... getting interesting now that he picked up a hitchhiker dressed in a wedding gown named Carrie. She’s a real charmer, and full of fascinating stories, but unfortunately she’s also trouble. She was supposed to be marrying the son of a Texas sheriff, but she ran out at the altar. Now the sheriff’s after them to get her back – but if he catches them, he’ll discover Bo’s bootlegging scheme as well. Still, she is awfully pretty.

Challenge... getting the run finished, cop-free, in a shorter amount of time than it’s ever been done in. It’s supposedly impossible, but as Bo puts it, “That's cause we ain't never done it in no rig. You got to stop thinkin’ so negative son. We ain’t not never made it yet, have we?” Of course, picking up Carrie made that a bit more difficult, because the roads are swarming with cops looking for her.

Personality... a good ole’ boy. He’s a rebel who gets his kicks by going against the system. He might not be too polished, but he gets it done.
