Living... on Earth. Bill is a citizen of the world. Along with his partner Lance Bean, he gets sent all over the globe protecting it from those seeking to harm us.

Profession... military commando. Bill is a highly trained, and very well-armed, guerilla military “Contra” commando fighting in the most dangerous war zones, battlefields, and even sites of alien invasions. 

Interests… clearing his name. While Bill is hailed as a hero of the “Alien Wars,” many blame his actions for the environmental catastrophes plaguing the globe. So when he’s not fighting invaders, Bill tries to discover what is really happening to the planet.

Relationship Status... single. Due to his dangerous lifestyle, Bill’s partner Lance is the biggest constant in his life, and even that has faced some schisms. However, he does seem to get along with later partners like the cybernetic Lucia and samurai warrior Genbei “Jaguar” Yagyu.

Challenge... defeating Red Falcon. When the mysterious forces of Red Falcon attack Earth, some believe them to be just simple terrorists. However, once it is revealed that they are extremely powerful extra-terrestrials bent on world domination, Bill and Lance’s struggle becomes that much tougher.

Personality... mad dog. Compared to Lance, Bill is more weathered, gruffer, and overall tougher. Perhaps this is why some people call him the “Mad Dog.” However, this means their fighting styles complement each other nicely in the battle against the alien threat.
