Overview... a sad, plump, mouth-breather harboring an unhealthy obsession with a woman in his building. Allen likes to call random women in the phonebook and pleasure himself while they figure out what he’s doing. After a chance erotic phone call to a stranger, Allen figured he’d never hear from her again. He was shocked when she started calling back regularly.  

Personality... miserable, pathetic, and repugnant. He may look like a harmless nerd on the outside, but there is a world of perversity behind those glasses. Though one can definitely empathize with the guy, considering how lonely he is, he’s definitely not the easiest guy to like.
