Grew Up... in the US, with New York City her last "home." While Alice's closed-off personality means most of her past is shrouded in mystery, most know that she became a stripper at some point in her youth.

Living… in London, England, where she meets Dan Woolf by chance after getting hit by a car. Dan subsequently becomes her lover and the two start living together. Alice settles down and comes to love Dan… that is, until he starts cheating on her with a photographer named Anna Cameron.

Profession… former stripper. She seems to enjoy this work and the anonymity it provides—constantly being able to change her name and not having to answer any real questions. As she puts it, “Everyone loves a big fat lie.”

Interests… romance and love. Regardless of how she is treated, Alice is a dedicated partner.

Relationship Status… in a relationship with Dan. She is his muse, inspiring him to write a successful story about her life. But somewhere along the line, Dan became bored with her.

Challenge… staying with Dan. Alice remains dedicated to Dan, even as he attempts to woo Anna. Though their happiness together has long since expired, she clings onto their broken relationship, even as it tears them down from the inside out.

Personality… devoted, but somewhat masochistic. Alice loves Dan, but right now, she's just putting herself through needless pain. In addition to deceiving herself, Alice also compulsively lies to others, explaining that “Lying is the most fun a girl can have… without taking her clothes off.”
