Alice Bowman

Overview… the unsatisfied wife of a traveling humanitarian worker. Alice is tired of “bouncing around” all over the third world. After an unsuccessful attempt at having a child while in Africa, she is especially fed up with her husband Peter’s itinerant job. Though when Peter is kidnapped and held for ransom in the South American country of Tecala, Alice has to figure out what her priorities are. Things haven’t been easy – especially not with the confused attraction she feels for Peter’s ransom negotiator, a suave Australian named Terry.

Personality… haughty, highly strung, and unhappy. Alice wants a quiet, domestic existence back home in America. After nearly eight years traveling around the globe, Alice is simply exhausted.
