Alex Owens

Overview... a young welder working in a Pittsburgh steel mill, moonlighting as a exotic dancer. It's not exactly the path she imagined for herself, but a girl's got to make a living. Right now she’s applying for admission to the Pittsburgh Dance Conservatory. She’s never had any professional training. It's all very intimidating.

Personality... wide-eyed, passionate, and determined. She’s always had dreams about dancing professionally. She’s saved money, so if they take her, she can support herself. Sometimes she finds it so hard to believe in herself, and sometimes she’s got all the faith in the world. Maybe that’s part of what growing up is all about.
