Ratchet & Clank focuses on Ratchet, a furry alien creature, and Clank, a nerdy little robot, going on a quest to find Captain Qwark and ultimately to help save the galaxy. The game has over twenty levels (planets) and includes as many real-time cut-scenes which tell the story. Also of note is that the story is non-linear, requiring the player to return to previous levels to complete objectives and to choose between multiple paths forward.
Based on the visual novel of the same name, Fate/Stay Night follows the events of the Fifth Holy Grail War, a high-stakes tournament between magicians and the Heroic Spirits they summon to fight for them. Mixing character exploration with epic battles, Fate/Stay Night creates an engaging tale centered on the different nuances of heroism. With a cast of characters heavily inspired by various mythologies, Fate/Stay Night offers a little of something for everyone from romance fans to mythology buffs.

God of War draws its inspiration from ancient Greek mythology and boasts a heavy emphasis on exploration and battle strategy. Broken into three to four acts, the game also has a strong focus on story-telling and boast tons of magic spells and abilities. God of War equips its hero with a pair of sword-like chain weapons that can grab enemies, perform multi-hit combos, and pull off a variety of different aerial attacks. Slight platforming elements and an energy collection system have been incorporated as well, and players are even able to use certain elements of their fallen enemies as a weapon (re: Medusa's head, for instance, can be used to turn enemies to stone after you've defeated her).
A sci-fi tale in the style of a Western, Trigun follows the adventures of gunslinger Vash the Stampede and the motley crew that follows him across the planet of Gunsmoke. Action-packed and full of stylistic nods to the pulp genre, Trigun begins as a light, fun romp, but quickly matures into something weightier. Dancing between boisterous comedy and serious drama, Trigun eventually ends up as multifaceted and enjoyable as its characters are.

Spike Spiegel is one of the best space cowboys around, and he's glad to have partner Jet Black along for Jet's sharpshooting skills and his company.
